Content marketing and SEO are very important factors for bloggers in terms of growing a loyal audience of raving fans and getting ranked well on search engines such as google for organic traffic, however many changes have occurred and will continue to occur since the panda update has been issued.
The way we used to write, show, and market our content is in need of a big overhaul, and a huge shift is needed both in terms of our perspective and execution with our blogs if we want to become and remain successful in our blogging lives.
Rand Fishkin from SEOmoz does an excellent job of explaining how content marketing and seo has changed and also talks about several new and important aspects of search engine optimization including why it’s so important to have an excellent website design and user interface, what really makes high quality content (building a brand everybody loves) and how usage metrics affect your sites overall performance and rankings.
